5.1 The Green Spider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of The Green Spider if you breach or if The Green Spider has reasonable grounds to believe that you are likely to breach these terms and conditions or you otherwise engage in conduct which The Green Spider determines in our sole discretion to be unacceptable.
